Pianist Keith Chasin is an emerging voice in straight-ahead jazz, marking the release of his debut album "On a Personal Note."
For this show his quartet features celebrated tenor saxophonist Jerry Weldon alongside his Philadelphia rhythm section of Shane Aaserud and Kevin Blanke. Chasin pairs deep swing with personal, melodic writing – a warm, soulful night from a player on the rise. Come hear it first at the Jazz Forum!
